Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the raja9 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited to register and use the raja9 platform. Age verification is mandatory and enforced through KYC documentation.
Each individual may hold only one active raja9 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions on raja9 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment details must be registered in the account holder's own name.
All promotional bonuses at raja9 are subject to wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum qualifying odds, and expiry periods as stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
raja9 prohibits collusion, use of betting software or bots, arbitrage abuse, exploitation of technical errors, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without notice and balances forfeited.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and raja9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the raja9 website at raja9.club, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the raja9 platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
| "Platform" | The raja9 website accessible at raja9.club and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon. |
| "Account" | The registered user account created by a Player on the raja9 Platform. |
| "Player" | Any individual who has registered an Account on the raja9 Platform and is eligible to use the Platform's services. |
| "Balance" | The total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), including any withdrawable winnings but excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits granted to a Player under a specific raja9 promotion, subject to wagering requirements and the promotion's applicable terms. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by raja9 in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering procedures. |
| "Prohibited Conduct" | Any action described in Clause 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the raja9 Platform. |
| "Wager" | Any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player on the raja9 Platform using real-money funds or Bonus Funds. |
2.1 By accessing raja9.club, registering an Account, or placing a Wager, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the raja9 Platform, including use via mobile browsers and any future application released by raja9.
2.3 If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. However, note that commercial or institutional use of the Platform is not permitted — the Platform is intended for personal, recreational use only.
3.1 To register and use the raja9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: raja9 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to verify that a Player meets the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Wagers declared void, and any balance forfeited.
3.2 Access to the raja9 Platform is provided on the basis that Players are responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction. Raja9 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
4.1 To access the full range of raja9 services, Players must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password.
4.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. Registering, operating, or having another person register an Account on your behalf for the purpose of circumventing these Terms — including to claim duplicate bonuses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Raja9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.4 You must notify raja9 immediately via the live chat support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.5 Raja9 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
5.1 Raja9 is required to verify the identity and age of Players as part of its licensing obligations and its commitment to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
5.2 Raja9 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time raja9 reasonably determines that verification is required.
5.3 KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:
5.4 Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of KYC verification. Raja9 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to submit requested documentation promptly and in acceptable form.
5.5 All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with raja9's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or by raja9's licensing authority.
6.1 All deposits on the raja9 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Raja9 accepts deposits via the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
6.2 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Raja9 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Account holder will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change at raja9's discretion.
6.4 Raja9 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees; these are not within raja9's control and are the Player's responsibility.
6.5 Raja9 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to request additional verification before crediting a deposit to an Account, without obligation to provide a reason for such a decision.
6.6 Players are encouraged to make use of the deposit limit tools available in Account Settings as part of raja9's responsible gaming programme. See Clause 13 and our Responsible Gaming page for detail.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification to the level required for the requested withdrawal amount.
7.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Raja9 reserves the right to require a withdrawal to be returned via a specific channel for AML compliance purposes.
7.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
7.4 Raja9 does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount approved for withdrawal is the amount that will be credited to the Player's payment account, subject to any withholding required by applicable law.
7.5 Raja9 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending the completion of KYC verification, the satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or if raja9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
7.6 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
8.1 Raja9 offers promotional bonuses to Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms ("Promotion Terms") that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Promotion Terms for a specific offer, the Promotion Terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.
8.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Promotion Terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all raja9 promotions:
8.3 Raja9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that existing active bonuses in a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms under which they were granted.
8.4 Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or in breach of these Terms or the applicable Promotion Terms will be voided, and associated winnings forfeited.
Transparency Commitment: raja9 is committed to publishing bonus terms that are clear, complete, and written in plain language. If you are uncertain about the terms of any active bonus in your Account, contact the support team via live chat before placing further wagers.
9.1 All Wagers on the raja9 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — casino games, live casino tables, sports betting, or other game formats.
9.2 A Wager is binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. Raja9 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed Wagers except in circumstances where a manifest technical error or data feed error has affected the bet.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the calculation of a payout, raja9 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Raja9's decision on such matters is final.
9.4 For sportsbook bets, including *mix parlay* (accumulator) and *voor bola* (handicap) markets, the specific rules of each market — including settlement procedures for postponed, abandoned, or walkover events — are set out in the Sportsbook Rules available on the Platform.
9.5 Maximum win limits apply to individual Wagers and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid up to the maximum limit only.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raja9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending and historical Wagers, and forfeiture of Account balance:
10.2 Raja9's determination as to whether Prohibited Conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject to any review process provided under these Terms.
11.1 All content on the raja9 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of raja9 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
11.3 The raja9 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of raja9. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
12.1 Raja9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where opted in), and regulatory compliance.
12.3 Raja9 does not sell or share personal data with third-party marketing networks. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid legal process.
13.1 Raja9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players via Account Settings:
13.2 Raja9 strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement and will take immediate action upon becoming aware that a Minor has accessed the Platform.
13.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact the raja9 support team at any time. Support agents are trained in responsible gaming and can activate protective measures on request. Further guidance is available on our Responsible Gaming page.
Gambling should be entertaining. If gambling is no longer enjoyable, or if it is causing financial or personal difficulties, please use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team. Help is available 24/7 in Indonesian and English.
14.1 The raja9 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raja9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14.2 Raja9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
14.3 In no event shall raja9's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits raja9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15.1 Raja9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
15.2 Where an Account is terminated by raja9 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment channel within a reasonable timeframe.
15.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the raja9 support team. Voluntary closures are subject to the settlement of any pending Wagers and compliance with any outstanding KYC requirements.
16.1 Raja9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, raja9 will notify Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered Account address, with reasonable advance notice before the amendments take effect.
16.2 Continued use of the raja9 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 15.3.
16.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at raja9.club/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.
17.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which raja9 holds its international gaming licence.
17.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and raja9, the Player is encouraged to contact the raja9 support team in the first instance, as most disputes can be resolved promptly through the support channel. Raja9 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to issuing a substantive response within 10 business days.
17.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, the Player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by raja9's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from the support team on request.
17.4 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.

Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. Raja9 reserves the right to update these Terms in accordance with Clause 16.
